Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Easy Carl ("Easy Carl," "we," "us") operates a digital skill library and set of AI tools at easycarl.com. These Terms apply to your use of the website and to any purchase, subscription, or custom build you commission through it.

2. Accounts and access

Paid access to the Library, Eval, Research, Agents, and Custom products is granted via magic-link email. You are responsible for keeping your magic-link email account secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your billing page. One-time purchases (Single Suite, Agent Package, Custom tiers, Research deep-dives, Evals) are billed immediately and non-refundable once delivered. Prices are listed in USD. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

4. License to use skills

When you purchase or subscribe, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill content, agent packages, and custom deliverables internally at your company. You may paste them into Claude or Claude-compatible tools to produce output for your business. You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, or post the raw skill files publicly.

5. Ownership of output

You own the output Claude produces when you run a skill. The skill itself (the .md file, the structured prompt framework, and any bundled identity and routine templates) remains the intellectual property of Easy Carl.

6. Refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. We refund on a case-by-case basis for undelivered Custom, Research, or Agent Package orders. Email team@easycarl.com within 14 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Easy Carl content to generate illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive output, or to impersonate a person or organization in a misleading way. We may suspend or terminate access without refund for material violations.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that skills will produce any specific business outcome or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
